AI training for the entire organisation
Four learning tracks build on each other. Employees learn to use AI safely, teams learn to improve results and advanced non-programmers learn to introduce and manage suitable AI solutions independently.
Every course uses recognisable work from the organisation. Participants practise with approved data, learn to check outputs and record where human judgement remains necessary.

Consistent AI workspace
Participants do more than chat with AI. They use Codex for concrete tasks, reusable instructions, skills, controls and working solutions. When an exercise takes place outside Codex, we use ChatGPT Plus.
Required: access to Codex. Exercises carried out in ChatGPT require a ChatGPT Plus subscription. We agree in advance which accounts the organisation can use safely.

For every employee who wants to understand and use AI safely.
Participants recognise opportunities and risks, write useful instructions and check an AI output before using it.
Location: StartDock in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht
Move from a good assignment and safe input to assessing, improving and responsibly using the output.
Final assignment: perform one daily task safely and explain the selected controls.

For employees who regularly use AI for text, analysis, customer contact or administration.
Participants create repeatable working methods that save time while preserving quality, confidentiality and human responsibility.
Location: At your organisation, scheduled by agreement
Build a repeatable workflow in Codex, add quality controls and record how colleagues can use it safely.
Outcome: use Codex to build and test a concrete AI proposition for an internal process and record how the team uses it safely.

For team leaders, process owners, quality specialists and internal AI champions.
Participants select valuable applications, organise a pilot and record ownership, risk, data, cost and controls.
Location: At your organisation, spread across approximately 4 to 6 weeks
Select processes, determine current cost and quality and define a measurable goal with a clear owner.
Design the pilot in Codex, assess data, models, suppliers and human controls and create a safe test plan.
Assess results, document deviations and costs and make a reasoned decision to stop, improve or implement.
Outcome: deliver a working, scoped AI proposition with an owner, measures, risk controls and a decision point.

For non-programmers with strong AI skills who want to select and introduce new solutions independently within their organisation.
Participants lead an implementation from problem definition to use, select suitable tools and skills and demonstrably organise safety, evaluation, adoption and management.
Location: At your organisation, spread across approximately 8 to 12 weeks
Map the existing process, stakeholders, risks, costs and desired outcome precisely.
Compare models, agents, tools, skills and suppliers and justify the choice based on value, safety, management and exit options.
Define the data flow, roles, access, human control, logging, fallback and registration file.
Build a scoped solution, create a representative test set and systematically improve errors and exceptions.
Create work instructions, train users, organise feedback and prepare a controlled launch.
Assess the final project, establish monitoring and review and transfer management, evidence and the improvement cycle to the organisation.
Master assignment: implement a working, bounded solution with a test set, risk analysis, supplier choice, user instructions and control plan. Programming is not required.

The four-week cycle continues in months with five Tuesdays, so a starter course remains available every Tuesday.
Productive work with AI, From opportunity to controlled use and Implement AI independently take place at your organisation. We write the programme around your company and agree the course days and practical assignments between sessions together.
Written around your company
An in-company course begins with your organisation, processes, employees, data, systems and boundaries. We write the course around that practice and use Codex during the course to build a concrete solution that can immediately be assessed within the company.
We select a scoped internal process with a recognisable problem, owner and measurable goal in advance.
The course produces a testable workflow or solution, including assumptions, costs, risks and success criteria.
Users learn to apply and check the solution; ownership, instructions and next steps remain with the organisation.
The technical scope is bounded during the intake. A course day promises a working and testable proposition within that scope, rather than an unlimited production implementation.
Learning route structure
A short intake determines the starting level. Prior experience counts; demonstrated competence matters more than the number of lessons attended.
Work, experience, approved tools and key risks are identified in advance.
Assignments reflect organisational processes and use safe practice data.
Participants demonstrate the outcomes through an assignment and explain their decisions.
Working methods, roles, controls and follow-up actions are documented for transfer.
A certificate of attendance confirms participation. A certificate of achievement is only issued when the practical assignment meets criteria shared in advance. It is not ISO certification or a statement of legal compliance.
